What happens to the images if I cancel the subscription?
All images come with a lifetime license, but depending on the service you decide, If the scannable image is dynamic, it will work for the period defined by the package you have chosen. After the expiration of that period, you can choose to extend the scannable function or cancel the subscription, which will disable the usage and tracking of the scannable image. A static scannable image doesn't have a time limit, but consequently, it also lacks statistics and the display of how many people have scanned the code.

How do you actually scan the image?
Simple, same as every other QR code. Most newer phones have a built-in reader as part of the camera itself, or you can download a third party app. It works on both Android and Apple devices, and there are even online readers available for computers. Additionally, you can also take a picture of the screen with the scannable image and then input it into any reader.
An existing QR code can be used, although its design is limited. For example, round objects won't fit well within a square QR code, etc. Nevertheless, you can consult with us, and we will provide you with the best solution.
